Job summary

Newly Weds Foods (Philippines) is seeking a Microbiology Specialist to join our quality laboratory in Laguna. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and is a Registered Microbiologist, with hands-on experience in microbiology testing and food-handling.

Candidates should have a basic food manufacturing background, solid understanding of GMP and HACCP, strong communication and research skills, and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and adapt to shifting schedules

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology.
Must be a Registered Microbiologist.
Has relevant experience in microbiology testing; fresh graduates welcome.
Background in food manufacturing and food laboratory skills; experience in food handling.
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and related food principles.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and research skills.
Able to multi-task; willing to learn.
Detail-oriented with strong self-initiative.
Flexible to varying shifts; willing to overtime as needed.
Proficient in MS Office.
