Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related fields.
• Licensed Chemist, Chemical Technician and/or Registered Microbiologist.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience.
• Systematic worker with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with results orientation and adaptability to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to GLP, safety protocols, and Good Laboratory Practices, including PPE and lab cleanliness.
• Sample raw materials and products for contaminants, perform sterility testing, containment and validation.
• Prepare culture media/reagents and monitor chemical inventory for stock replenishment.
• Implement environmental, water, and personnel monitoring programs for hygiene across the plant.
• Log equipment usage and calibration, maintain journals, and submit lab reports to supervisor.
• Investigate OOS results, report regulatory non-compliance, and escalate equipment issues.
• Follow QC Manual, participate in audits/ validations, and perform other assigned tasks.
