Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL's DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines is seeking an MHE Operator. You will pick case-pick orders across shipments, follow SOPs for Casepicking, Operations, Safety & Quality, and help maintain productivity and 5S in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Pick case-pick orders across shipments.
• Follow Casepicking, Operations, Safety & Quality SOP.
• Meet target productivity with SOP adherence.
• Maintain 5S in the assigned area.
• Attend daily shift handover with previous shift.
• Attend daily Performance Dialogue.
• Perform BBS - 1 per day.
• Contribute CI ideas - monthly.
• Attend Formal Performance Review - monthly.
• Attend Process Confirmation - monthly if applicable.
• Execute properly and should attend Work Instruction Refresher at Excellence School - quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking casepick orders across all shipments
• Responsible to follow the Casepicking, Operations, Safety & Quality SOP
• Ensure to meet the Casepicking Target Productivity with no deviation to SOP
• Responsible to maintain 5s on the assigned area
• Responsible to perform any other assigned task by his Supervisor
• Responsible to deliver and hit the target productivity
• Responsible to attend Daily Shift Handover with Previous Shift
• Responsible to attend daily Performance Dialogue
• Perform BBS - 1 per day
• Contribute CI Ideas - monthly
• Attending Formal Performance Review - monthly
• Attending Process Confirmation - monthly if applicable

Requirements

MHE OPERATOR - MPJ
-Higher secondary with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment.NITEC holders are welcome to apply.

-Able to handle bulk items in operations with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) facilitation
