Job summary

DHL Supply Chain, a division of Deutsche Post DHL Group, is seeking an MHE Operator to join our warehousing team. The role involves picking case-pick orders, adhering to SOPs for safety, quality, and operations, and maintaining 5S in the work area.

You will contribute to meeting productivity targets, attend daily handovers, and participate in performance reviews and CI ideas as part of the Excellence School program.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education with 1–2 years of warehousing experience.
• Forklift license is required.
• NITEC holders welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pick case-pick orders across all shipments.
• Follow Casepicking, Operations, Safety & Quality SOPs.
• Maintain 5S in the assigned area.
• Deliver and hit target productivity.
• Attend daily shift handover and performance dialogues.
• Participate in process improvements and CI ideas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking casepick orders across all shipments
• Responsible to follow the Casepicking, Operations, Safety & Quality SOP
• Ensure to meet the Casepicking Target Productivity with no deviation to SOP
• Responsible to maintain 5s on the assigned area
• Responsible to perform any other assigned task by his Supervisor
• Responsible to deliver and hit the target productivity
• Responsible to attend Daily Shift Handover with Previous Shift
• Responsible to attend daily Performance Dialogue
• Perform BBS - 1 per day
• Contribute CI Ideas - monthly
• Attending Formal Performance Review - monthly
• Attending Process Confirmation - monthly if applicable
• Execute properly and should attend Work Instruction Refresher at Excellence School - quarterly.

Requirements

MHE OPERATOR - MPJ
-Higher secondary with 1-2 years of relevant experience in a warehousing environment.NITEC holders are welcome to apply.
-Possessing of forklift license is a requirement
-Able to handle bulk items in operations with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) facilitation
