Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Able to operate MHE equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel or MS Office.
• Willing to work overtime and under supervision.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet security, safety and quality standards for the area.
• Endorse shift coverage with safety, quality and operational updates.
• Communicate issues or deviations to standards to Team Leader.
• Conduct and follow MHE inspections before use.
• Maintain 5S in the area.
• Attend trainings and safety/quality alignment sessions.
• Attend WI reviews monthly.
• Operate equipment like MPJ, Reach Truck, CBT, and scanners for efficient warehouse operations.
• Manage battery charging for RT Unit and CBT.
• Retrieval and consolidation of collapsed cases to pallets.
• Accurately transact damaged and good FGs in the system.
• Create QAR as needed.
• Handle picking, putaway and loading of FGs to trucks.
• Receive and unload FGs, perform putaway and reconciliation.
• Carry out cycle counts and product reconciliation.
• Handle FGs to prevent damages due to mishandling.

Responsibilities

• Meets the security, safety and quality standards of the area (rules of docks/PPE, etc.)
• Ensure proper endorsement to the following shift covering the safety, quality and operational updates within the shift
• Communicates issues or deviations to standards to Team Leader
• Conducts and follow the standard in MHE inspection using Infolink prior MHE usage
• Ensure to meet 98% attendance reliability
• Maintain 5s in the area
• Ensure to attend in all trainings, refresher and other safety, quality and operational alignment requiring their presence
• Ensure to attend on WI's review every month
• Ensures proper use and handling of equipment like MPJ, Reach Truck, CBT & scanning devices to warrant efficient warehouse operations
• Ensure to maintain the battery charging of RT Unit, CBT
• Retrieval and consolidation of collapsed cases to pallets
• Ensure to transact accurately damaged and good FGs in system
• Handle creation of QAR
• Handles picking, putaway and loading of FGs to trucks
• Handles incoming delivery from unloading, receiving, putaway of FGs
• Handles product reconciliation and cycle count
• Properly handles FGs to avoid any product damages due to operator mishandling

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing and logistics
• At least Highschool graduate
• Good in verbal and written communication
• Can work and operate MHE equipment
• Good in using Microsoft office applications esp. Excel
• Can on work with less supervision and willing to render OT
• Flexible and can adapt fast phase environment
