Job summary

LoansOne is hiring a Meta Performance Lead to build and lead our in-house Meta advertising function across Facebook and Instagram. This role owns the strategy, direction and commercial performance of Meta paid acquisition.

You will lead the Meta Media Buyer, Creative Specialist and Video Editor, establish the testing agenda, guide campaign strategy and ensure the team remains focused on profitable growth. This is primarily a strategy and leadership role, but you must be highly capable inside

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Meta advertising experience.
• Experience managing or leading at least $250,000 per month in Meta advertising spend.
• Strong lead generation and direct-response advertising experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads profitably at scale.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign architecture, acquisition economics and ROAS.
• Experience developing structured testing strategies and analysing performance beyond CPL.
• Ability to connect advertising performance with lead quality, customer acquisition and revenue.
• Experience leading or directing performance marketing team members.
• Strong analytical, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work hands‑on inside Meta Ads Manager when required.
• Must personally own an active Meta ad account in good standing and have an unrestricted Meta profile capable of being added to the company’s Meta Business Portfolio.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work full time from the Eastwood office.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Meta advertising strategy across Facebook and Instagram.
• Set campaign objectives, account structure, audience strategy, budget allocation, scaling plans and testing priorities.
• Lead the Meta Media Buyer, Creative Specialist and Video Editor and set clear daily and weekly priorities.
• Develop structured testing roadmaps across creative, messaging, offers, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures.
• Own performance from advertising spend through to funded customer outcomes.
• Target and maintain 3x+ ROAS based on funded revenue attributable to Meta advertising.
• Monitor CPL, lead quality, application conversion, approval, settlement, customer acquisition cost, funded revenue, creative fatigue and spend efficiency.
• Make budget and scaling decisions based on revenue and downstream customer outcomes rather than platform metrics alone.
• Set clear rules for scaling, consolidating, reducing or stopping campaigns, audiences and creatives.
• Own the strategic direction of Meta creative testing and maintain a high‑velocity testing system.
• Identify winning hooks, angles, offers, formats, messages and creative concepts and turn performance insights into actionable briefs.
• Work with internal teams to improve landing pages, forms, qualification questions and customer journeys.
• Work with the Data Analyst and technical team on Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, CRM attribution, offline conversion data and funnel measurement.
• Identify tracking or attribution issues that may distort performance.
• Provide management with clear reporting, forecasts, risks, testing results and scaling opportunities.
• Maintain Meta account hygiene, advertising compliance, security and Business Portfolio processes.
