Qualifications

• Valid Philippine driver's license with motorcycle endorsement (Class A or equivalent).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a messenger or in courier/delivery services.
• Ownership of a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
• Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila geography, roads, and traffic patterns.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver documents, parcels, and packages within Metro Manila using a motorcycle.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, recipient confirmations, and any issues encountered.
• Ensure all items are delivered in pristine condition.
• Communicate with clients and dispatch teams to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any concerns.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies whilst operating the motorcycle.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on the motorcycle to ensure it remains in safe and roadworthy condition.
• Plan efficient routes to maximise delivery productivity and minimise travel time.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in all client interactions.
• Report any delays, accidents, or damages to management immediately.

About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Messenger with Motorcycle to join our team on a full-time basis in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of documents, parcels, and other materials across the metro using your own motorcycle. This position is critical to maintaining our service excellence and ensuring that our clients receive their deliveries promptly and in excellent condition. Your reliability, professionalism, and knowledge of the Manila road network will be essential to your success in this role.
