Job summary

GOLDEN AXIS GLOBAL ENTERPRISES CORP. in Makati is seeking a reliable Messenger/Delivery Driver to perform daily errands, deliver documents and packages, and support office operations.

You will coordinate with banks, government offices, suppliers, and clients, comply with safety rules, maintain records, and handle fieldwork using a motorcycle with a valid license. Candidates with prior messenger or liaison experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
• With previous experience as a Messenger, Liaison, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiar with basic processes and transactions in government agencies, banks, and other institutions.
• Willing and able to perform fieldwork and outdoor errands.
• Must own and be able to operate a motorcycle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery, collection, and submission of company documents, letters, packages, and other business-related materials.
• Conduct official errands and transactions with government agencies, banks, suppliers, clients, and other external offices.
• Process and follow up on permits, licenses, documents, applications, payments, and other company requirements as assigned.
• Ensure that all documents and packages are delivered to the correct recipient or destination safely and on time.
• Coordinate with government offices, banks, suppliers, and other external parties regarding company transactions and requirements.
• Receive and acknowledge documents, receipts, invoices, and other materials on behalf of the company.
• Maintain proper records of documents, transactions, deliveries, and completed errands.
• Monitor the status of submitted documents and provide timely updates to the concerned department or supervisor.
• Handle confidential and sensitive company documents with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with purchasing and office supply errands, including canvassing, pick-up, and delivery of supplies when required.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations while performing field duties.
• Perform other administrative and office-related tasks that may be assigned by management or the immediate supervisor.
