Job summary

N2S Global Workforce Solutions LLC is seeking an MES & Equipment Integration Specialist in the Philippines. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting MES solutions and integrating them with factory equipment, automation systems, and other manufacturing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MES, equipment integration, and manufacturing systems within highly automated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in MES, manufacturing systems, equipment integration, factory automation, or related fields.
• Experience with MES implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working with manufacturing equipment and shop-floor systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MES solutions for manufacturing and factory automation environments.
• Integrate MES with factory equipment, automation systems, equipment interfaces, and other manufacturing platforms.
• Develop solutions that reduce manual intervention and improve production efficiency.
• Support automated lot processing, material tracking, production monitoring, and equipment connectivity.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support system integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production implementation.
• Troubleshoot MES, equipment integration, and manufacturing system issues.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Automation, IT, and other technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve production throughput, equipment utilization, automation, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications

• At least3 years of experiencein MES, manufacturing systems, equipment integration, factory automation, or a related field.

• Experience withMES implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

• Experience working with manufacturing equipment and shop-floor systems.
