Role Description

The Merchandising Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role oversees product assortments, visual presentation, and stock levels across stores and concessions to ensure merchandise is aligned with brand standards and sales objectives. Daily responsibilities include reviewing sales and inventory reports, coordinating with store teams on product placement and display execution, and monitoring the performance of key watch brands. The Merchandising Supervisor collaborates with buying and retail operations to plan promotions, manage allocations, and support new product launches. The role also involves training store staff on merchandising guidelines, conducting regular store visits, and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and revenue.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Retail and Merchandise skills, including experience in store merchandising, product assortment, and visual presentation.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales and inventory data, forecast demand, and support merchandising decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with store teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service awareness, with a focus on enhancing in-store experience and understanding shopper behavior.
• Candidates should ideally have previous supervisory or team lead experience in retail, preferably in fashion, accessories, or watches.
• Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates should be comfortable and be willing to conduct regular store visits.
• A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Residing in Manila or willing to be assigned in Binondo Manila
