Job summary

7th Liberty Workforce Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on Merchandiser to monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, and shelf execution across assigned retail locations in Cavite. You will document store visits with photos and observations, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams.

You will conduct regular store visits, roving within assigned areas, and participate in alignment meetings as needed. A valid driver’s license and field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Experience in merchandising, field sales, trade marketing, or retail execution.
• Knowledge of shelf merchandising, product availability, pricing, promotions, and POSM execution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot store-level issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to prepare basic store visit reports and documentation.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and Excel and taking photos for store audits.
• Willing to do regular store visits and roving within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product availability, out-of-stock items, backroom inventory, and delivery completeness and timeliness.
• Ensure planogram compliance, shelf placement, product facing, cleanliness, POSM, and secondary displays.
• Check pricing accuracy and proper implementation of promotions, discounts, bundles, and agreed displays.
• Monitor competitor pricing, placement, promotions, visibility, new launches, and shelf share.
• Take photos, record store conditions, and consolidate observations and gaps.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant teams and distributors to address store-level concerns and ensure resolution.
• Attend monthly alignment meetings of the Modern Trade Team at the HQ office as required.
• Conduct regular store visits and roving within assigned areas.
