About the role

TAPA KING INC' is seeking an experienced Roving Merchandiser to join our team in Pasay City. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the product displays and inventory levels across multiple retail locations in the region. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Visiting and inspecting retail stores on a regular schedule to ensure optimal product presentation and stock levels

2. Replenishing and restocking products as needed to meet customer demand

3. Arranging and organising product displays to maximise visibility and appeal

4. Collaborating with store managers to identify and address any merchandising or inventory issues

5. Gathering and reporting on key performance data to help inform business decisions

6. Supporting promotional activities and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

1. At least 1- 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail role

2. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with store personnel

4. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

5. Proficient in the use of mobile devices and data collection tools

6. A passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of the business

7. With own motorcycle is a plus
