Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% & availability of target SKUs at all times.
• Ensure the maximum products and pack sizes are displayed in selling area.
• Submits the required inventory, offtake, Near Expiry and other reports on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and good product condition of products in all display areas.
• Create & maintain prominent, interesting and dominant displays of products in accordance with agreed merchandising outlines.
• Ensure compliance to Merchandising standards and directions.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure no defective or damaged products displayed on shelf.
• Ensure correct tagging / reasons code.
• Ensure proper segregation / labelling of trade returns.
• Ensure products / stocks are within the standard days level and report nearly expire product 2 weeks before expiry.
• Ensure compliance to BO monitoring report.
• Conduct replenishment of products and ensure no shelf gap in all POAs (Points of Availability) at all times.
• Conduct cleaning of all products at least twice a week.
• Conduct physical count of all SKUs in selling area and submit a timely report.
• Ensure accurate, complete and timely inventory.
• Apply FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) system in display area at freezer.
• Monitor compliance on temperature of installed freezer and Chiller.
• Negotiate for additional facings especially for new products and promos.
• Reports any incidents that have Impact to trade returns.
• Give immediate feedback to Roving Supervisor and Store Manager on out of stock and unserved products or any incidents that will affect availability and completeness of the product store.
• Log all concerns (stocks / admin / operations) in your issued log book.
