Job summary

Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. is seeking a merchandising-focused professional in Pangasinan to set up, maintain, and improve product displays across retail outlets.

Qualifications

About the role

This is a merchandising role focused on setting up, maintaining, and improving product displays according to company standards, managing stock levels, and supporting promotional activities across retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and improve product displays according to company merchandising standards

• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are always available on shelves; coordinate replenishment with the sales/logistics team

• Build and maintain good working relationships with store owners, staff, and managers

• Assist in the execution of promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events

• Identify opportunities to improve product placement and suggest merchandising strategies

About you

• High school diploma or Senior High School graduate

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in merchandising, sales, or retail (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Must be a resident of Pangasinan or willing to be assigned within the province

• Willing to travel to different outlets/municipalities within Pangasinan on a daily basis

• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and carry merchandise for extended periods

• Good communication and interpersonal skills; can build rapport with store personnel

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Honest, reliable, and with a strong sense of responsibility for company products and assets
