Job summary

About the role

This is a merchandising role based in Pangasinan, visiting assigned retail outlets including supermarkets, groceries, sari-sari stores, and convenience stores on a regular schedule to manage product displays, stock levels, pricing, and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets within Pangasinan on a regular schedule
• Set up, maintain, and improve product displays according to company merchandising standards
• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are always available on shelves; coordinate replenishment with the sales/logistics team
• Ensure correct pricing, tags, and promotional materials are properly placed and updated
• Build and maintain good working relationships with store owners, staff, and managers
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities, and report findings to the supervisor
• Prepare and submit regular reports on store visits, stock status, and sales performance
• Assist in the execution of promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events
• Identify opportunities to improve product placement and suggest merchandising strategies

About you

• High school diploma or Senior High School graduate; (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field) is an advantage
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in merchandising, sales, or retail (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Must be a resident of Cebu or willing to be assigned within the province

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry merchandise for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes
• Knowledge of or experience with power tools/hardware products is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; can build rapport with store personnel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Honest, reliable, and with a strong sense of responsibility for company products and assets
