Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in Manila is seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team, responsible for preparing, cutting, trimming, weighing, packaging, and storing meat products while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

You will operate knives and slicers, ensure proper labeling and storage, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and assist customers with meat selections when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred.
• Knowledge of different meat cuts and cutting techniques.
• Ability to lift and handle meat products safely.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Cut, trim, debone, and portion different types of meat according to company standards and customer requirements.
