Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking a merchandiser to set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract prospective customers. You will maintain a clean working space and conduct regular inventory counts across multiple stores. You may need to address Bad Orders and RTV issues as part of daily tasks.

Prior merchandising exposure is a plus, but we are accepting NO EXPERIENCE! Willingness to be trained and the ability to manage several outlets are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (ALS) or Senior High School.
• 0–3 months experience in Merchandising.
• Ability to handle multiple outlets or stores.
• Willing to be trained.
• NO EXPERIENCE accepted.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the working area.
• Conduct a complete count of the inventory.
• Check Bad Orders and RTV (Return to Vendor).
