Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking a Merchandiser to set up displays, keep areas clean, and perform inventory counts across multiple outlets in the region. The role welcomes applicants with no experience and offers on-the-job training.

Ideal candidates are high school graduates (ALS or Senior High), capable of handling several stores, and eager to learn. The position is based in the Philippines, with on-site responsibilities and basic merchandising duties to support store readiness.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required (ALS or Senior High School).
• 0–3 months experience in Merchandising preferred but not required.
• Able to handle multiple store outlets.
• Willing to be trained for the role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the working area.
• Conduct a complete count of the inventory.
• Check Bad Orders and RTV as applicable.
