Job summary

UpSkill MNL is hiring a Merchandiser to set up displays and maintain orderly demo areas, counting inventory and ensuring stock accuracy across outlets in Davao City. This role supports outreach efforts by presenting products attractively and keeping workspaces clean and compliant with store standards.

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We welcome fresh graduates or those with 0–3 months in merchandising and a strong willingness to learn. Training provided; ability to manage multiple stores is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate (ALS or Senior High School) is required.
• 0–3 months experience in merchandising
• Able to handle multiple outlets or stores
• Willing to be trained

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract customers
• Maintain the cleanliness of the working area
• Conduct a complete count of the inventory
• Check bad orders and RTV (return to vendor) processes
