The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel within territories. Fresh graduates are welcome; proficiency in MS Office and mobile reporting will support daily duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
1+ year experience in merchandising, retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical distribution is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and visit multiple stores daily.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
Willing to travel within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail outlets per approved route plans.
Display products per merchandising standards and planograms.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
Check expiration dates and rotate stock using FIFO.
Set up promotions, price tags, shelf talkers, and materials.
Submit merchandising and sales reports.
Coordinate with sales reps and warehouse on availability/delivery.
Build relationships with pharmacists and store staff.
Monitor competitor activities and promotions in accounts.
Maintain clean and organized shelves and displays.
Assist during product launches and store openings.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned retail outlets according to approved route plans.
Ensure products are properly displayed based on company merchandising standards and planograms.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Check product expiration dates and ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out).
Set up promotional displays, price tags, shelf talkers, and marketing materials.
Conduct inventory checks and submit accurate merchandising and sales reports.
Coordinate with sales representatives and warehouse teams regarding product availability and delivery concerns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with pharmacists, store managers, and branch personnel.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within assigned accounts.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of product shelves and display areas.
Assist during product launches, store openings, and promotional events.

Qualifications
