Job summary

Kareila Management Corporation (S&R Membership Shopping) is seeking a seasoned Merchandising Manager to lead the Poultry category in Metro Manila. You will develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize pricing and purchasing to boost availability and margins.

• At least 5 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of Poultry category, pricing, suppliers, quality, and market trends.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with inventory systems.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple priorities.
