Demand Planning:

• Develop and implement demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand across various channels and markets.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to enhance forecast accuracy and minimize inventory risks.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to incorporate promotional activities, seasonal variations, and market dynamics into demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and performance metrics to identify potential demand-supply imbalances and proactively recommend corrective actions.

Merchandising Strategy:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with company objectives, brand positioning, and customer preferences.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and opportunities for product assortment optimization.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and product exclusivity agreements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective product launch plans, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Inventory Management:

• Optimize inventory levels and assortments to maximize sales, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory holding costs.
• Implement inventory replenishment strategies, including order optimization, allocation, and allocation to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs.
• Monitor inventory aging and clearance strategies to minimize obsolescence and maximize profitability.
• Utilize inventory management.

People Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineer, or a related field.
• With atleast 7 years of related experience for the role.
• Proven experience in merchandising, product management, or retail buying, preferably in the retail industry in the Philippines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results and achieving financial targets.
