Job summary

Peter Bena Construction & Dev't. Corp. is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer for Quantity Surveying (QS) of MEPFS on electrical systems in Quezon City. The role focuses on cost estimation, BOQ reviews, bid analysis, and procurement support for fit-out projects.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in fit-out construction or project management, with proficiency in ACAD/Planswift or similar software and willingness to travel between project locations.

Qualifications

Education: Must be LICENSED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER.
Experience: 3–5 years in fit-out construction or project management.

Responsibilities

Cost estimation and budgeting for MEPFS works.
Create, review and maintain projects, BOQ.
Knowledge in materials sourcing, bids analysis and negotiations with subs/suppliers.
Monitor project sites and provide inspection coverage and maintain timelines.
Knowledge in power distribution, load voltage systems (FAS, CCTV, BGM), VRF AC and chillers, water distribution, drainage and sprinkler systems.
Variation Orders and Claims: assess financial impact of design changes and prepare docs for additional works.
Review shop drawings and schematics for technical accuracy.
Quality Control: ensure material requests match approved brands and standards.
