Job summary

AIRYTRADE AIRCONDITIONING SUPPLIES AND SERVICES in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead MEPF projects from planning through completion. You will oversee project managers, engineers, and site personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, implementing best practices, monitoring schedules and costs, and reporting performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading large projects, preferably MEPF
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors
• Strong planning, budgeting, and risk management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, procurement, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving operational and technical issues.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Review project progress, financial performance, and resource utilization, and report to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement, value engineering, and operational excellence across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Must Have Experience in Handling MEPF Projects.
