Mevbuilt Incorporated is hiring an MEPF Engineer - Electrical to design, coordinate, and implement electrical systems within building projects. You will ensure seamless integration with mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems while meeting safety standards, local codes, and project timelines.

Responsibilities include load calculations, diagrams, panel schedules, site inspections, and collaboration with architects and contractors through all project phases to ensure successful handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• PRC licensed (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical design for building projects.
• Proven track record in MEPF coordination and construction support.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement electrical systems for building projects (power, lighting, fire alarm, low-voltage).
• Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection teams for integrated MEPF solutions.
• Prepare electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and panel schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure design compliance with specs and codes.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors throughout project phases.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs related to electrical systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of design documentation for permitting and construction.
• Support commissioning activities and resolve electrical issues during handover.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement electrical system for building project, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical, Plumbing, and fire protection teams to ensure integrated MEPF solutions.
• Prepare electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and panel schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local codes.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors during all project phases.
• Review Shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs related to electrical system.
• Ensure timely delivery of electrical design and documentation for permitting and construction.
• Support commissioning activities and resolve electrical system issues during construction and handover.
• Preparation and supervision of Jobsite, and Temfacil electrical works and requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

Experience

PRC Licensed (Preferred but not Mandatory)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical design and implementation for building projects.

Proven tracks records in MEPF coordination and construction support.

Experience in commercial, residential or industrial projects is a plus.
