You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with homeowners and builders, and ensure compliance with American standards and local codes, while maintaining accurate title blocks and dimensions. The role offers 65k–70k PHP monthly with benefits and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD LT and drafting in the imperial system.
• Translate abstract design concepts into precise, compliant construction documents.
• Maintain title blocks, scale notations, annotations, and consistent dimensions.
• Understand American building standards and local/state codes.
• Strong English communication skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet deadlines with high-quality drawings.
• Communicate progress with leadership daily.
• Handle 6-8 projects concurrently.
• Translate abstract design concepts into precise, legally compliant construction documents.
