Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines, Inc. is seeking a CAD Drafter to translate design concepts into precise construction documents and meet tight deadlines. You will craft compliant drawings and maintain accurate title blocks with consistent annotations throughout project sets.

Collaborating with homeowners, builders and the design team, you will ensure drawings adhere to American building standards and local/state codes while efficiently incorporating redlines and revisions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD LT and drafting in the imperial system.
• Must seamlessly translate abstract design concepts into precise, legally compliant construction documents.
• Pristine execution of title blocks, scale notations, aligned annotations, and highly consistent dimension strings
• Strong understanding of American building standards
• Foundational understanding of local ordinances and state building codes
• Proactive, forward-thinking mindset
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills
