Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified Civil/Electrical Engineering professional for site inspections, scope determination, and cost estimation. You will work with AutoCAD operators to extract BOM/BOQ and coordinate with the Account Officer on cost finalization.

The role involves supporting clients with technical inquiries, compiling monthly RFP/estimates reports, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Support teams to deliver accurate project scopes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (CE) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• Experience: At least 1 year of combined experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Site Inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visitations and physical inspections to evaluate existing site conditions.
• Coordinate with Operations to establish feasible Scope of Work (SOW).
• Review layout plans with AutoCAD Operator to extract estimates, device counts, and cabling runs.
• Prepare itemized BOM and BOQ reflecting site conditions and technical requirements.
• Assist with price references and endorse BOMs to the Account Officer.
