Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Professional in Manila to perform routine and specialized tests on patient samples, operate and maintain lab instruments, and report findings to physicians.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Medical Technology, ASCP/AMT certification or equivalent, and 1–2 years of clinical lab experience. Familiarity with LIS, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a team are essential. Flexibility to work shifts is required.
