The ideal candidate holds a BS in Medical Technology, has passed the licensure exam, and has at least 6 months of relevant experience. Strong communication and accuracy are essential in this role within our clinical laboratory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Medical Technology and licensure as Medical Technologist.
• At least 6 months of work experience in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Attends to the section seriously with good communication with patients and staff.
• Checks patient identification, laboratory requests, and specimen samples.
• Encodes laboratory results accurately.
• Prepares results for Laboratory Supervisor.

Delivers precise and accurate as well as on-time laboratory results to the patients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attends to the section seriously and responsible and has good communication skills with the patients, co-workers and supervisor.
• Properly checks patient’s identification, the laboratory request and the specimen sample.
• Proper encoding of laboratory results.
• Prepares results to Laboratory Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

• Education : Graduate of BS Medical Technology and Medical Technologist Licensure Exam Passer
• Experience : At least 6 months work experience in the same capacity.
