Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processor to contribute to our health information workflow. The role involves encoding data results for APE/PE/ME/ECU, logging and releasing results, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.

It also requires organizing and filing forms, answering PME inquiries, and maintaining patient records with care. The position supports timely reporting and inventory management for forms and transmittals while upholding quality control standards

Responsibilities

• Encodes data results for APE/PE/ME/ECU.
• Logs and releases results and keeps log book updated.
• Proofreads results.
• Prints and attaches results for proofreading.
• Sorts and files original forms with duplicate copies in designated areas according to applicable alphabetical system for easy retrieval.
• Answers inquiries/concerns related to PME results.
• Prepares folders and maintains records of patients.
• Monitors incomplete results and does follow-ups.
• Receives APE/PE/ME/ECU forms and reviews completeness of results.
• Sorts and files transmittal.
• Monitors supplies for inventory of forms for mimeographing.
• Makes a summary of report per request.
• Makes copies of various results as needed.
• Prepares old records for transmittal to warehouse.
• Prepares and submits timely reports.
• Ensures and monitors sufficient inventory of supplies.
• Performs related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
