Job summary

Makati Medical Center is seeking a Medical Stores Assistant to handle day-to-day medical store activities, including receipt, storage, and issuance of floor stocks of medicines and medical supplies. The role also involves prompt filling and dispensing of medication orders in unit doses and checking expiration dates to ensure safety and quality.

The position includes supporting inventory management and warehousing tasks to maintain stock accuracy and efficient operation within the medical stores

Qualifications

• Minimum Educational Attainment: Graduate of any four-year course, preferably healthcare related.
• Work Experience: Preferably with experience in inventory management and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue floor stocks of medicines and medical supplies.
• Check expiration dates and ensure drug safety and quality control.
• Fill and dispense medication orders in unit doses for units in need.
• Support inventory management and warehousing activities to maintain stock accuracy.
