We Hope Medical Group in Legazpi ALBAY is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Officer. Based at our ALBAY Chemotherapy Center, you will safeguard patient records, manage EMR systems, and support data privacy compliance.

This full-time role focuses on accuracy, security, and accessibility of critical information to enhance patient care. You will maintain records, back up data, and generate essential reports while providing basic IT support for clinic systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, health information, or related field is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in records management or IT roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy, records management, and data security best practices.
• Computer literacy and basic system maintenance skills also expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate, and secure patient medical records.
• Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Provide basic IT support for clinic systems and equipment.
• Generate reports for clinical, administrative, and regulatory purposes.
• Maintain data backups and system security protocols.

We Hope Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Records Officer to join our ALBAY Chemotherapy Center. This is a full-time position based in LEGAZPI ALBAY, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy, security, and accessibility of patient medical records. As a Medical Records Officer, you will be the custodian of sensitive patient information and a key contributor to our commitment to providing excellent patient care and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our clinical operations and the quality of patient care delivery.

Key responsibilities
