Responsibilities include timely communication, addressing concerns, and supporting the care team to achieve high levels of patient satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and a courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a graduate of a 4-year medical course or equivalent.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year relevant experience.
• Must have good communication skills (oral and written), computer literate and patient oriented.
