Job summary

Integrity Partners Pte. Ltd. seeks an operational Material Testing Engineer to manage day-to-day laboratory testing, sample prototyping, and analytical evaluation of protective sterile barrier materials.

You will execute mechanical and material assessments per international standards, ensure laboratory compliance, and deliver accurate data to internal teams and clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining safety protocols within a regulated testing

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 1–5 years of hands-on testing lab experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 11607/ISO 13485 and standard test methods.
• Exposure to statistical tools such as Gauge R&R, SPC, and DOE.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Evaluation & Prototyping: perform physical property tests and develop samples for client trials.
• Equipment Management & Facility Care: maintain testing apparatus and calibrations, keep records.
• Quality Investigations & Technical Reporting: compile data summaries and analytical reports; support CAPA and defect analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align testing with business priorities with other teams.
• Safety & Workplace Standards: enforce lab safety and manage hazardous material protocols.
