Overview

Main role is to manage mechanical testing of materials and products. Manage and lead Test Technicians. Prepare all Test samples required. Record/report review, prepare and submit test results and documents. Communicate with internal and external department, suppliers and customers. Execute the work assigned by department head. Review and negotiate customer requirements with customers.

Main responsibilities include managing mechanical testing activities, leading Test Technicians, preparing test samples, recording and reporting test results, and coordinating with internal/external departments, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

University or college graduate related to engineering field such as Mechanical, Texture, Chemical, Industrial Material, etc. At least 3-5 years of working experience in ORT Lab Management. Familiar with test sample preparation and physical tests (e.g., drop test, vibration test, thermal shock test, rolling MTBF test, and related tests). Familiar with chemical tests; ROHS test is preferred. Familiar with leather, textile, protective case and IT bags is preferred. Strong team work mindset and positive working attitude.
