Job summary

ZenQA is seeking a Home Health ICD-10 CODER to join our team. This role offers either part-time or full-time engagement with permanent work from home and day shift options in the Philippines.

You will assign ICD-10-CM codes from care plans and related documents, maintain a high quality score, and work with the clinical team to resolve clarifications on POC/OASIS. Prior home health coding experience is valued.

Salary ranges Php 60k–90k per month with benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• 6 months recent Home Health experience required.
• Certification in Home Health coding (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10) a plus
• RN a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines.
• Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
• Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services.
• Works closely with clinical team members for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.
