Work-1 Manpower Recruitment Services in Iloilo City, Philippines, seeks a medical coder to accurately assign codes for diagnoses and procedures in line with insurance regulations. You will review records, collaborate with clinical staff, and stay current with coding guidelines.

The role requires 1–3 years in medical coding, CPC certification preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in health information management or related field. Shift is 9am–6pm, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience of 2 years.
• 1–2 years coding experience.
• USRN & PHRN and Active CPC/CCS certificate.
• Shift: 9am–6pm.

• Review patient records and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with medical staff to clarify ambiguities in documentation.

• Assist in audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of coding practices.
