The role requires 1–2 years in medical claims, strong MS Office skills, and a customer‑focused mindset. Initially onsite in Makati for six months, then hybrid, within a fast-paced, multilingual team.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years experience in a Medical Claims role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and accuracy skills.
• Team player with good work ethics.

Aufgaben

• Examine and process Claims within the agreed company SLA to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
• Use Allianz Partners client database accurately to ensure reports reflect workload and support planning.
• Contribute to productivity targets to achieve the SLA.
• Identify duplicate payments, overbilling, upcoding, possible non-disclosure and fraudulent claims.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and liaise with other departments as needed.
