The role requires 2+ years in medical billing, knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes, and strong English communication to coordinate with insurers and internal teams. On-site position at Greenhills, Ortigas area with standard hours.

Manila, Philippines (On-site) 11th and 12th floor GH Tower Offices at Greenhills South Drive, Greenhills Center, Ortigas Avenue San Juan City, Philippines Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 5PM EST. We are looking for a Medical Billing Specialist with experience in U.S. healthcare billing and revenue cycle management to join our team in Manila.

Responsibilities

• Submit and follow up on insurance claims.
• Review and resolve denied or rejected claims.
• Ensure accurate billing and compliance with payer requirements.
• Communicate with insurance companies and internal teams regarding claim status.
• Maintain billing records and support revenue cycle operations.
