Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Billing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance Verification and Benefits Coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Claims Submission, Appeals, and Denial Management.
• Strong knowledge of ERA Processing and Payment Reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit electronic insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Manage ERA processing and payment reconciliation.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, copays, deductibles, and coverage details.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow up on denied, rejected, or unpaid claims.
• Monitor accounts receivable and generate aging reports.
• Coordinate with providers, staff, clients, and insurance representatives regarding billing concerns and claim issues.
• Establish and manage payment arrangements for outstanding balances.
• Assist with provider credentialing, CAQH maintenance, and payer directory updates as needed.
