• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams,includingrevenuecyclemanagement,finance,andclinicaldepartments,toresolvebilling-relatedchallengesandpromoteoperationalexcellence.
• Stayabreastofchangesinhealthcareregulations,codingguidelines,andpayerpoliciestoensurecomplianceandmitigaterisks.
• Conductregularauditsandqualityassurancereviewstoensuretheintegrityandaccuracyofbillingdataanddocumentation.
• Preparecomprehensivereportsandpresentationsforseniormanagementtocommunicatebillingperformance,trends,andrecommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegreeinHealthcareAdministration,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfieldrequired;Master'sdegreepreferred.
