Natura Medical Aesthetic Mngt Co Inc is hiring a Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships in Metro Manila. You will represent premium medical aesthetic products and ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

The role is a contract-based position based in Metro Manila, offering commission incentives and opportunities for permanent placement based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in medical aesthetics or related sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics products and trends.
• Ability to work independently with team focus.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsabilités

• Identify, contact and qualify prospective clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, networking events and referrals.
• Present and demonstrate medical aesthetic products and services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits that align with their needs.
• Conduct product consultations and assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals whilst maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about new offerings and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and transactions using the company's CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities and customer needs.
