Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Media Manager to oversee and execute a holistic media strategy across TV, radio, print, OOH and digital, aligning with business goals.

You will partner with the Group Media Manager and agencies, drive media planning, set channel-specific KPIs, and lead local execution to optimize reach and efficiency in URC PH snackfoods and beverages categories.

Qualifications

• Proficient or technical knowledge on Media Strategy communications planning and ideation.
• Proficient or technical knowledge on all media channel principles (TV, Radio, Print, OOH, Digital).
• Strong ability to develop consumer insights for Media Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support Group Media Manager in leading holistic media strategies.
• Develop holistic media plans with agency partners for URC PH categories.
• Roll-out planning framework for channels and audiences across categories.
• Set OKRs for media efficiency, effectiveness, innovation, and capability.
• Create media briefs translating business objectives to media agencies.
