POSITION TITLE: Media Planning Associate
WORK LOCATION: BGC, Taguig
WORK SETUP: Day Shift
About the Role
The Media Planning Associate supports the planning, execution, and analysis of media campaigns across client accounts. This role contributes to the creation of strategically sound media proposals, manages data and reporting, and assists in fostering strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and media vendors. The Media Planning Associate ensures timely delivery of outputs while upholding company values and supporting revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Mastery of Craft & Media Planning
- Assist in crafting strategically sound media proposals and innovative channel strategies tailored to client needs.
- Develop and support efficient and effective media plans that meet or surpass KPIs.
- Amplify campaigns by anchoring executions on approved Big Ideas.
- Manage data, perform analyses, and create accurate, data‑driven PCRs and other media reports.
- Campaign & Project Management
- Ensure attention to detail in reporting, overall project management, and presentations.
- Execute duties with minimal supervision and support senior team members as needed.
- Foster productive, long‑term relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of media projects and maintain strong vendor relations.
- Support crisis management to help clients and the agency recover from challenges.
- Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain good working relationships with media vendors and partners.
- Support the identification of new partners to expand the agency’s capabilities and address client needs.
- Creative Quality & Campaign Excellence
- Contribute to media executions that effectively anchor on the creative narrative, ensuring high‑quality and impactful campaigns.
- Compliance & Culture
- Uphold the company’s values and policies through punctuality, completion of administrative tasks, participation in company events, and onsite presence once a week.
- Maintain generally positive 360 feedback with no gross negatives.
- Business & Revenue Contribution
- Support pitches and initiatives that increase agency media profit.Assist in proposing and implementing revenue‑generating or cost‑efficient media processes.>
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or related roles within a creative or integrated agency.
- Basic understanding of media strategy, campaign execution, and analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results on time.
- Willingness to learn, support senior team members, and contribute to agency success.
