Job summary

This full-time role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and reading blueprints to ensure safe, efficient production. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a mechanical role, TESDA NC II/III or equivalent, and strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• TESDA NC II or NC III in Mechanical Technology or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble production machines.
• Read blueprints, manuals, and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
