Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PE license or eligibility to obtain one.
• 6–12 months of mechanical engineering project experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in the Philippines.
• Strong reading of technical drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project conditions and gather relevant data.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation using CAD software.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, schedules, and project proposals.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and perform testing of structural elements and materials.
• Document project progress through reports, photographs, and site records.
• Support senior engineers in problem-solving and continuous improvement of project delivery methods.
• Liaise with clients and relevant authorities to address project concerns and obtain necessary approvals.
