Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. in the Philippines seeks a skilled Mechanical Fabricator to fabricate, assemble, install, and repair equipment and structural components in a manufacturing setting.

You will perform welding (SMAW, MIG/GMAW, TIG), cutting and grinding, read drawings, and work safely to support production and maintenance while meeting quality standards. This role requires independence or teamwork, with 1–2 years of relevant experience; NC II certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Welding Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related technical course.
• Preferably with NC II Certification in Welding or Fabrication.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical fabrication, welding, or industrial maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in SMAW, GMAW/MIG, and TIG welding processes.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Familiar with fabrication tools, welding equipment, and machine shop tools.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair mechanical equipment, structural components, machine parts, and support systems.
• Perform welding, cutting, fitting, grinding, and metal fabrication works to support production and maintenance operations while ensuring safety and quality standards.
