Job summary

Vision-Alliance Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer who will also serve as Pollution Control Officer to oversee mechanical construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, reviewing plans, and supporting installation and maintenance of mechanical systems. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years in construction, and a PCO accreditation or relevant environmental compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical engineering experience in construction.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred.
• PCO accreditation or training required or relevant environmental experience.
• Knowledge of Philippine environmental laws and DENR regulations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Paranaque and start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Review mechanical plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct inspections and provide technical support for mechanical systems installation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Perform duties as the designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
• Monitor environmental compliance with DENR regulations and other applicable environmental laws.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports, permits, and documentation required by regulatory agencies.
• Implement pollution prevention and environmental management programs.
• Coordinate with government agencies during inspections and audits.
