Qualifications

• Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• With minimum 2 years experience in fleet, garage, or equipment maintenance.
• With computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email, reporting systems).
• Can use mobile apps, online forms, and digital inspection tools.
• Knowledge in engines, electricals, hydraulics, and diagnostics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Can work under pressure and handle urgent repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on company vehicles, generators, and equipment.
• Supervise mechanics and maintenance staff.
• Ensure all machines and vehicles are in safe, working condition.
• Handle emergency breakdowns and repairs.

We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Mechanic Officerwho combines hands-on mechanical expertise with computer-based monitoring, reporting, and system tracking. This role ensures that all vehicles, machines, and equipment are properly maintained, recorded, and optimized using digital tools.

Mechanical Operations

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on company vehicles, generators, and equipment
• Supervise mechanics and maintenance staff

• Handle emergency breakdowns and repairs

Computer & System Duties

• Track repair history, spare parts, and service schedules
• Encode job orders, inspection reports, and insurance claims
• Upload photos, incident reports, and inspection data
• Monitor vehicle condition, fuel, mileage, and downtime
• Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports

QUALIFICATIONS
